• Cooking pot – 8 to 12 quart enamel or stainless
• Canning pot – 5 gallon canner for water bath or optional double boiler system
• Stirring and mixing utensils, including whisk and spatula
  
• A stick blender is very highly recommended to minimize the amount of stirring time required
• Rubber or latex gloves and safety goggles or glasses
