Not as described in Technical info

I love the smell of this fragrance. It's very "apple pie" with hints of cinnamon and baked apple. I made a pumpkin apple CP soap with this fragrance and i always look at the technical info before I use a fragrance to see how to use it properly and if I can do a swirl or not with it (I like swirls lol). The technical info says "consistency change: none" So i assumed that means nothing will change when you add this fragrance?? Well, that's a lie! As another reviewer noted, it traces very quickly and i would go so far as say this fragrance causes CP soap to seize. Within 15 seconds of stirring it into a separate pot with green mica to do a swirl, the soap went rock hard immediately. The other part I was coloring orange had pumpkin puree in it and it did not seize as quickly but it was definitely getting thick fast so i had to pour it into the mold immediately and bang it down to get it to settle well. Then it went hard. I had to put the green part back into the pot with 30ML of water and hot process it to get it more fluid again and then plop it on the top with that chunky hot process look. Not what I wanted SO I hope it turns out OK but i am very frustrated that Voyageur would write "no change" on their tech info when that is clearly misleading and wrong. I also have a recipe that doesn't trace fast and I mix at 105 degrees or less so this has nothing to do with their CP recipe working with this fragrance. Its a bad fragrance for more than 1 color, but it smells nice! LOL

Nice fragrance

I purchased this apple pie for my bath bombs. It wasn't my favourite with the first smell out of the bottle. I put a few drops in my bath and very nice. :)

scent + mica = acceleration?

So I made 3 really tiny batches (100g) of soap for embeds. No problems. A tiny bit of discoloration, but just made it look more like apple slices.

Then I made a soap with micas and charcoal. Turned into a complete plop and pray situation. So is the colorant making the difference?

accelerates fast

Accelerates extremely fast with in a minute or two of adding fragrance at light trace and low temperature
Literally had to spoon globs into the Mold , will have to see how it turns

Pretty good!

This is a nice scent. Leaves the soap looking nice and smelling nice. I would recommend it
