Natural Olive Oil Derived Silicone Alternative for Hair and Skin Care
Fision® EcoSil is an excellent naturally derived botanical alternative to silicone that improves formula aesthetics to improve greasiness and after feel. As an advantage, Fision® EcoSil is compatible with oily ingredients for a better solubility profile and is derived from olives which contain nourishing phytocompounds to support healthy skin and hair.
Fision® EcoSil be used to replace Dimethicone and Cyclomethicone in Hair and Skin Care Formulas. This ingredient delivers very similar sensory performance to dimethicone, cyclopentasiloxane (D5) and cylohexasiloxane (D6) and leaves skin feeling smooth and moisturized. It has also been shown to improve hair manageability and shine. It is Naturally derived from Olive Oil Esters and Olive Oil Unsaponifiables so it has a very Eco Friendly profile and INCI name.
Unlike traditional silicones like Dimethicone and Cyclomethicone, Fision® EcoSil is soluble in a wide range of natural oils and ingredients and unlike silicones is soft and light with a dry after feel while leaving hair and skin feeling smooth and moisturized so it provides an expanded opportunity for use in a large number of Skin and Hair Care Products. In Skin care is being used in premium Anti-Aging Creams, Daily Creams and Lotions, Night Creams, Eye and Facial Serum, Foundations and Men's skin care products. In Hair Care it can be effectively used in Professional Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Hair Repair Products, Styling Products and Beard Serums and Balms.
