Technical Information

How to Use:- Invert the filling tray and inset the lip balm tubes gently into the openings.- Turn the tray back over and allow it to stand on the base of the lip balm tubes.- Begin pouring the lip balm base into the tubes and upon completion leave it to sit at room temperature until it solidifies.- Use our Lip Balm Tray Scraper or a different sterile spatula or similar item to remove excess lip balm base which can be later remelted and reused.- Invert the filling tray and remove the lip balm tubes which can now be capped and labelled.

Love it!

Absolutely love this product! I didn't have issues getting the tubes into the holes and I like the fact that it's rigid, the silicone one I own makes more of a mess when trying to scrape the excess off the top because it moves too much. Will be buying several more

Too hard

I am not a fan of this hard tray. It is too hard to get the lip balm tubes into the circles (takes a lot of effort) and they are too deep for the tubes so it is messy to clean afterwards. Not my favourite purchase. Would be much happier if they switched to the softer silicone version which is much easier to use.
