Rita BTMS - 225 Conditioning Agent

Rita BTMS - 225 Conditioning Agent

Rita BTMS-225 is a vegetable derived conditioning agent which is used in hair conditioners and hair leave in products for its excellent wet combing, and detangling properties. Rita BTMS-225 is able to emulsify high levels of silicones, such as Dimethicone and Cyclomethicone, increasing the detangling properties and silky feel to products when used. It is also a great emulsifier for skin care products such as creams and lotions as it helps to soften the skin, leaving a soft non-greasy feel. Can be used in recipes to replace the premium Croda Incroquat Behenyl TMS-50, but as the Rita product has less actives, it may not have the same level of detangling and conditioning properties when replaced using the same percentage.
